We supply, install and commission ZGyro stabilisation systems for commercial and recreational vessels of all sizes — eliminating roll and delivering a smoother, safer ride at anchor and underway.

Internal components including flywheel, torque controller, servo motor, gyroscope controller and integrated 7-inch touch control screen.
Proprietary Electromagnetic Design
ZGyro's patented electromagnetic torque system replaces conventional hydraulic actuators entirely. By harnessing precisely controlled electromagnetic forces to govern precession, ZGyro eliminates hydraulic pumps, hoses, seals and fluid reservoirs — the components most prone to leakage, corrosion and failure in a marine environment.
More torque, less weight. Because electromagnetic actuation is inherently more efficient than hydraulic force transmission, ZGyro units deliver a superior anti-roll torque output per kilogram of stabiliser weight compared to hydraulic equivalents. This means a smaller, lighter unit can protect a larger vessel — reducing installation space requirements and keeping vessel weight distribution optimal.
Lower cost of ownership. Removing hydraulic systems from the manufacturing process eliminates some of the most expensive and complex components in traditional gyro stabilisers. This reduction in material and engineering complexity lowers production costs, which ZGyro passes on through competitive pricing — without compromising on performance. Ongoing maintenance costs are also dramatically reduced; there are no hydraulic fluids to replace, no seals to inspect and no pumps to service.
Compact gyro stabilisation for smaller boats, with a manufacturer-listed vessel range of up to 7 m / 3 tonnes. The Z0.7 offers 12 V or 24 V DC operation, with final suitability confirmed against your vessel’s displacement, available space and installation requirements.
Entry-level gyro stabiliser for small recreational vessels up to 10 m / 6.5 t. Lightweight, low-power and ultra-quiet.
Compact gyro stabiliser for recreational and light commercial vessels up to 16 m / 21 t.
Heavy-duty commercial-grade gyro for superyachts and workboats up to 42 m / 280 t.
The flywheel and base form the core of the stabiliser. The rotating flywheel produces anti-roll torque during controlled precession to reduce vessel roll.
A servo motor and controller drive the flywheel shaft, with a compact direct-drive arrangement described in the supplied brochure.
The brochure describes an integrated mechatronic torque device with a controller, reducer, buffering and electromagnetic brake to govern precession.
A water tank, heat exchanger, pump and piping manage heat from key components. The brochure describes heat exchange with seawater.
A gyro controller and helm touchscreen provide adaptive roll control, operational monitoring and start/stop functions. The brochure also describes fault detection and alarm-triggered shutdown.

Reliable onboard power starts with a system that works together. Victron’s marine range brings together inverter/chargers, solar charging, battery storage and monitoring for different vessel sizes and cruising patterns.
Quality installations. Practical design. Reliable support.
Compatible Victron inverter/chargers with PowerAssist can supplement a limited shore or generator supply with battery power during peak demand, helping prevent supply overloads.
MPPT solar controllers track the panels’ maximum power point as conditions change. Panel area, shading and daily energy demand must be considered when sizing a marine system.
Coordinate battery storage, charging and DC loads. Battery chemistry, management-system compatibility and circuit protection must suit the installation.
Battery buffering and coordinated charging can reduce generator running time. Savings depend on loads, battery capacity and operating patterns.
Compatible connected Victron products provide energy-system visibility onboard and remotely. Remote monitoring requires suitable hardware and connectivity.
Match the system design to the vessel’s loads, available space and charging sources.
From battery banks and DC distribution to control systems, solar and inverter/charger integration.

Hold position with Dockmate’s dynamic positioning technology alongside its wireless remote control system. Select the mode to suit vessel equipment and conditions.
Uses engines to hold position without relying on thrusters, gradually aligning the stern towards the strongest wind or current resistance. Engines engage one at a time for controlled corrections. Dockmate identifies harbour preparation and mooring-line handling as uses; on/off-thruster vessels can use this mode. Manufacturer accuracy guidance is within one boat length, depending on conditions and other factors.
Combines engines with compatible proportional thrusters to hold position and heading. Bow-and-stern-thruster or bow-thruster configurations are subject to compatibility. Thrusters adjust proportionally and engines engage one at a time. Moving with DPS active resets the position after two seconds. Manufacturer accuracy guidance is within half a boat length, depending on conditions and other factors.
Maintains a selected heading while the vessel drifts, compensating for wind and current. This is heading control, not fixed-position holding.
Confirm compatibility before installation. Suitability and performance depend on configuration and conditions. DPS does not replace an attentive operator or safe vessel handling.
Dependable starting power for working vessels, marine engines and generators starts with the right battery specification. Explore Amaron commercial-duty starting batteries, with silver-calcium options subject to model confirmation and suitability for your vessel.
Amaron’s commercial range emphasises high cranking power for demanding engine-starting duties. For marine engines and generators, the selected battery must meet the equipment manufacturer’s cranking-current and voltage requirements.
The commercial range is promoted for vibration resistance and high heat tolerance. Suitability for a vessel also depends on the selected model, mounting arrangement and operating environment.
Amaron promotes silver-alloy technology in its range. Where a silver-calcium model is specified, confirm the exact chemistry and charging requirements from the model datasheet rather than assuming all Amaron batteries are identical.
Amaron describes its commercial batteries as ultra-low maintenance. Onboard inspections, secure mounting, clean terminals and charging-system checks remain part of proper vessel upkeep.
Assess appropriate commercial-duty models for dedicated engine-starting and generator-starting circuits. Marine suitability and warranty coverage must be confirmed for the exact model and application.
Battery selection should include charging compatibility, dimensions, terminal layout, cable arrangements, protection and ventilation. No universal charging-voltage setting is specified for the whole range.
High cranking performance is not proof of deep-cycle capability. For repeated discharge into refrigeration, lighting, inverters or other house loads, select a battery explicitly rated for the intended cycling duty. A commercial starting battery should not automatically be described as a deep-cycle marine battery.
Review slow cranking, repeated jump-starting and electrical fluctuations rather than replacing a battery on age alone. Battery testing and charging-system checks help identify whether the issue is the battery, connections or charging equipment.
Amaron’s linked commercial page describes automotive batteries for trucks and buses; it does not certify the full range as marine-grade. This section focuses on suitable commercial-duty models for marine installations, subject to model-specific confirmation. India-market warranty periods and delivery offers are not represented as Australian marine terms.
